NFL Sued for Allegedly Concealing Brain I
Seventy-five former professional football players are suing the NFL, claiming it intentionally concealed the harmful effects of game-related concussions for NINETY YEARS.According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, the players and their wives claim, "The NFL knew as early as the 1920's of the harmful effects on a player's brain of concussions,pso2 RMT; however, until June of 2010 they concealed these facts from coaches, trainers, players and the public,メイプルストーリー RMT."Among the 75 players -- Mark Duper, a former wide receiver for the Dolphins,ro RMT, as well as Ottis Anderson and Rodney Hampton, both former running backs for the Giants.The suit claims the NFL commissioned a study in 1994, titled "NFL Committee on MIld Traumatic Brain Injury" and published a report in 2004, concluding there was "no evidence of worsening injury or chronic cumulative effects" from multiple concussions. And, the suit alleges, it was not until June, 2010, that the NFL acknowledged concussions can lead to dementia, memory loss, CTE and related symptoms. All of the players are claiming they suffered injuries as a result of multiple concussions.In addition to suing the NFL for fraud, negligence and failure to warn ... Riddell -- the manufacturer of NFL helmets -- is also a defendant.The suit seeks unspecified damages.

意外发病
里克2009年3月开始出现腹部痉挛症状，他以为这是因为先前忙于搬家事务、压力较大的缘故。
最终检查结果令人难以接受，里克罹患直肠癌。卡丽说：“他在电话里告诉我那个消息，我觉得无法相信。他怎么可能有直肠癌？他才31岁，我们的儿子才7个月大,ro RMT。”
勇敢求婚
切除直肠肿瘤的手术很成功，但医生又在里克的肝脏上发现癌细胞。8周后，里克开始接受化疗，决心与病魔斗争。2009年圣诞节前夕，检查结果显示，化疗无效，肝脏肿瘤继续生长。
“我们无言以对，没想到化疗不起作用，”卡丽说，“我问医生，里克还能活多久，答案是最多三个月。我决定不告诉里克，他如此努力抗击病魔，如果知道这种结论可能停止斗争，我不希望他放弃。”
医生的判决让卡丽感到异常沉重。每次看着里克，她脑海中就回响起医生的话。卡丽决定向里克求婚。数周后，两人举行婚礼。新婚夜，两人将两张病床合在一起，度过新婚夜。

Speaking to Eurogamer, lead producer Hakan Abrak confirmed that pure stealth -- along with related Achievements/Trophies -- is still a big focus for the latest entry in the long-running series."We will get into more details at a later point, but obviously it's linked to the playing style,",pso2 RMT; he said. "It's more pacify your enemies, be undetected, maybe solve the challenges in a smarter way. That will probably give you a stealth assassin achievement."That's more like it. Dave Chappelle Deemed 'Safety Risk' on Pr

A private jet carrying comedian Dave Chappelle made an emergency landing in Pittsburgh last night because the pilot couldn't handle Chappelle's erratic behavior, TMZ has learned,DQ10 RMT.A source extremely familiar with the incident tells TMZ Chappelle boarded a private jet in New Jersey last night bound for Ohio -- where the actor lives. During the flight, we're told Dave "freaked out" and refused to put his seat belt on. Then -- according to sources -- Dave repeatedly walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be, and started grabbing the pilot's arms. Sources say the pilot determined Chappelle was a safety risk and diverted the plane to Pittsburgh. We're told Chappelle then checked into a nearby hotel for the night. Sources at the hotel tell us Dave has been telling hotel employees he wanted to rent a car to drive back to Ohio ... only he couldn't remember where he lived.Chappelle was spotted wandering out of the hotel early this morning,ro RMT. A rep for Chappelle explains the incident to TMZ by saying Dave really needed to use the restroom -- he ate something that didn't sit well -- and the bathroom on the plane was "not the kind he needed."

Sucker Punch has release 'Update 3' for inFamous 2, and it's a lot more exciting that it sounds. First up,aion RMT, two massive bosses The Devourer and Titan are now placeable characters in UGC (user-generated content) levels, which is cool. "These are mammoth characters that can be used in any way you can think of. Have the two be friends, have them fight each other,メイプルストーリー RMT, have them protect Cole. It is all up to you," explains SP.Next, the patch adds a new Mission Linking feature, which lets you link missions together in a specific order. "Shortly after the launch of inFAMOUS 2 we started to see UGC mission series ... Playing these missions in order was a little on the challenging side and we wanted to make it easier for the mission creators and the fans playing these missions, and Mission Linking does that," says SP. "You can now select another mission as a follow-up mission. Just update the properties on the Mission Start in the editor and publish all the missions associated. Once they're all on the server you'll have a link series of missions. When a player completes the mission they will be given the option to continue directly to the next linked mission."Also new is a Mission Review system, which allows you to submit a short review for any UGC mission you play.And here's a few other tweaks:- Relative Health. You can now change "Health" and "Cole's Energy" modifiers as percentages.- Volume/Monitor Reset.
